The Río Cubas Tourist Chalet, is located in the best area of the Trasmiera Coast, 5 minutes from the beaches of Somo, Loredo, Langre and Galizano.
It is a new and unique stone construction, a magnificent building that has two independent options, with the capacity to accommodate from 2 to 8 people. We are sorry but pets are not allowed.

- TOURIST CHALET (maximum capacity 8 people)
It consists of a garden area, large living room - dining room and fully equipped American kitchen, it has a large sofa bed for two people. It is also directly connected to the garden through a porch, it has three large exterior double rooms, two with a double bed and one with two beds, two of them with a balcony, two complete bathrooms with large windows.
The apartment, the furniture, the complete kitchenware, the bed and bath linens, all of quality, and in perfect condition. It has garden furniture, table, chairs and sun loungers.

Located on a street closed at the bottom by a children's park, a street only open to vehicles with 6 houses. In summer the rental is for weeks. Discounts for long stays.

How to get
To get to the Chalet from Santander, its airport or if you come from Bilbao, they are very well connected by highway to the house.
From the Cantábrico highway, A-8, take exit 197, towards Galizano, regional ca-146, 4 km away. From the highway you will see the Cubas sign, 200 m away. Just past the church, on the right is the detour to the house which is 50 m away. The street is easy to identify since it is the one followed by the playground that delimits it at the bottom. You can also come to the Inn from where we will gladly accompany you to give you details of the house, as well as tourist information with brochures of the most interesting points to visit in Cantabria.

To make a firm reservation, the 40% of the cost will be entered, on account of the total payment, which will be made upon delivery of the keys.
