Booking confirmation:
To book a stay, payment of the amount corresponding to 50% is required for stays of more than one night. The deposit for a 1-night reservation would be the amount corresponding to 100%.
– The remaining amount of the stay will be paid starting 7 days prior to arrival.
Booking cancellation:
– Free cancellation, at no cost, up to 14 days before the arrival date.
– Cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.
– Failure to pay the remaining amount 7 days before arrival will automatically cancel the reservation without the right to a refund of the deposit.
– Failure to show up at the Inn on the arrival date implies the collection of 100% for the stay.
Returns:
– The client can claim the return of the advance payment in case of free cancellation, within the established deadlines.
– The refund will be made by the same means as the advance payment, that is; If the client pays by card, a refund will be made to the card, and if the client pays by transfer, they will be asked for an account number to send the amount corresponding to the advance payment.
– The return will be made within a maximum period of 7 days.
