Cabárceno, an incredible journey into the heart of nature

Cabárceno, un viaje increíble en el corazón de la naturaleza

Just 17.2 kilometers from the Posada Río Cubas, we find one of the most surprising natural treasures in the north of Spain: The Cabárceno Nature Park.

It's an authentic experience, where humans have intervened with respect, allowing wildlife to thrive in a spectacular, almost untrammelled environment.

Animals in semi-freedom

More than 100 species from five continents They live in wide open spaces, in semi-freedom. Furthermore, the animals retain many of their natural instincts: they explore their surroundings, rest in the shade of trees or by lakes, and their behavior is as close to that of their natural habitat as possible outside of it.

This approach has become the park as a model of international reference for the quality of its facilities and its firm commitment to animal welfare.

Nature for the whole family

Travel Cabárceno is to immerse yourself in a natural spectacle for all the senses. The park has more than 30 kilometers of internal roads, picnic areas, viewpoints, cafes, restaurants, and botanical trails.
