Breakfast consists of fruit, yogurt, and juices. Natural juice is charged separately. Also included are coffee, milk, herbal teas, and a choice of Cola Cao. Toast, butter, and jam, and virgin olive oil if desired. Homemade sweets vary depending on the day: cake, doughnuts, bread rolls, pancakes, French toast, and more. All served at the table, delicious.

Customer reception hours: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive at a different time than indicated, please inform us 24 hours in advance so we can find a solution.

The reservation must be confirmed upon payment of a deposit; the remainder of the stay must be paid upon arrival. The management will send you a confirmation letter, which you must present on the day of arrival.
Every person staying at the establishment requires a space, even infants, so we will assign them the best possible room for their needs.

In case of cancellation, please make it in writing. Please read the booking conditions.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

If the departure date established in the reservation is brought forward, the guest will not only be required to pay for the days of the stay but will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid on account of the reservation; Article 36 of Decree 50/1989 of July 5 on the regulation and classification of hotel establishments in Cantabria.

Article 36. Cancellation of a reservation will entitle the holder to retain, as compensation, the following percentage of the deposit required:

· The 100% when it is made less than seven days ago.

.-1- Cancellations for reservations due to circumstances related to COVID-19 and its evolution will not entail any cost for the client. They may choose to change the dates or receive a refund of the deposit.
2-If the competent authority, due to a circumstance related to COVID-19, requires a quarantine of the Inn or its employees, the guests staying at that time will pay the expenses generated for the total number of days of their stay and must leave the Inn.
In cases 1 and 2, there will be no right to compensation or claim by either party.
.- The client accepts and acknowledges being informed, with the reservation confirmation, of the security measures implemented in the accommodation:
Social distancing (2 meters). We remind you not to forget your masks, as they are mandatory indoors.
Correct and regular hand hygiene with soap or hydroalcoholic gel.
Responsible and proper disposal of hazardous materials: masks, gloves, and tissues
- Guests are informed that, depending on occupancy, some services may be subject to specific schedules. Guests will be informed of these times upon arrival at the establishment, or, if requested in advance, by email.
.- At the time of entry, the client may request information on protocols implemented to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection.
Check-in will, if possible, take place before the guest's arrival. Please send us the following information for each guest: full name, ID number with issue date, date of birth, and usual address.
Payment for your stay will be made upon arrival, preferably by card.
